About Yamilet...
I am passionate about working with people who feel stuck or disconnected from themselves, experience overthinking, have low self-esteem, or are navigating identity shifts. I also work with those experiencing conflict or feeling misunderstood in their relationships, as well as those who find it difficult to understand or express their emotions.
I am dedicated to supporting people on their journey to discover and understand who they are. Together, we can explore your emotions, experiences, relationships, and the patterns influencing your life. My goal is to help you develop greater confidence, manage stress, build healthier relationships, and feel more connected to yourself. My approach to therapy is genuine and collaborative. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable expressing yourself without fear of judgment. I use narrative and solution-focused approaches to help you explore the stories and patterns shaping your life, recognize your strengths, and identify meaningful steps toward change. I also tailor therapy to your individual needs and move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Together, we will develop goals that reflect what is meaningful and important to you.
Outside of therapy, I am a dog mom who enjoys live music, exercise, spending time in nature, and art.
