About Stephanie...
Stephanie is a mental health professional dedicated to helping adults struggling with substance use and anxiety, and children on the autism spectrum. She also works with couples navigating relationship challenges, with a focus on strengthening communication and modeling stability.

Stephanie's approach blends narrative therapy with solution-focused techniques. She tailors interventions to each client’s needs and believes therapy is most effective when we collaborate openly.
Outside of sessions, Stephanie prioritizes practices that calm and move the body—whether it’s a walk in nature or quiet time at home with her dog Zoey.
