About Barbara...
Barbara is a graduate student at Pepperdine University where she studies Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. Prior to entering graduate school, Barbara obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Wyoming. Barbara has experience working with adolescents experiencing mental health and substance abuse challenges.
After her own journey with mental health and firsthand experience with poor access to appropriate treatment, Barbara decided to leave her career in the legal field and use her passion for mental health and empathy in order to help others gain appropriate, effective, and tailored treatment to inspire hope and help cultivate meaningful change in those struggling with mental health challenges, especially anxiety disorders and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
In her free time, Barbara enjoys spending time with her fur baby, reading, going to the beach, and being an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan.
